HODLife Insurance Company Ltd. ("HODLife") is a company incorporated in Bermuda. Our registered office is located at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda.

HODLife is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). We operate under the following regulatory classification:

• License Type: Class ILT

HODLife is currently operating within the Bermuda Monetary Authority's (BMA) Regulatory Sandbox with a Class ILT Insurer licence.

• What this means: The Sandbox is an innovation track for companies to test new technologies or business models on a limited number of clients in a controlled environment for a limited period of time.
• Supervisory Approach: The BMA applies the same rigorous, risk-based supervisory approach to all insurers.

As we are currently building our operations and testing our innovative business model, please be aware of the following:

• Higher Risk Profile: During this period, policyholders may face higher risks than with a fully licensed, more established insurer.
• Sandbox Graduation Risk: There is a risk that HODLife does not graduate from the Sandbox. In such an event, our operations will cease, and all collected premiums will need to be refunded.
• Premium Reserves: HODLife has set aside a reserve with the intention of returning collected bitcoin premiums in the event of non-graduation. However, unexpected events could still occur that risk loss to policyholders.
• Policy Addendums: The detailed rules regarding non-graduation are set out in an Addendum to each policy issued during our time in the Sandbox.

HODLife is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in Bermuda, including but not limited to:

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Robust internal policies to prevent money laundering.
• Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF): Rigorous screening and monitoring procedures.
• Data Protection: Full compliance with the Bermuda Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (PIPA).
