HODLife partners with regulated custodians — including Cactus Custody and the BIT Platform — to hold digital assets within the policy wrapper. This structure allows cryptocurrency holdings to be placed inside a BMA-regulated PPLI policy, providing legal protection, estate planning benefits, and potential tax deferral while maintaining full compliance with international standards.
HODLife is fully licensed and regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA), one of the world's most respected financial regulators. We hold an AAA financial strength rating, and all policies are structured in compliance with Bermuda's Insurance Act and international AML/KYC requirements.

HODLife Endowment Plans are savings-oriented insurance products designed for wealth accumulation and legacy planning. They provide guaranteed returns over a fixed term, combined with a life insurance component. Endowment policies are ideal for clients seeking structured, low-risk wealth growth with built-in protection.
Premiums can be paid via bank wire transfer, and in certain policy structures, via approved digital asset contributions subject to BMA compliance requirements. Payment schedules are flexible — single premium, regular premium, or limited-pay options are available depending on the product selected. Your case manager will outline the specific terms during onboarding.
Yes. HODLife adheres to strict data protection protocols in line with Bermuda's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and international best practices. All client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share client information with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
